Terms & Conditions and Release Form: The undersigned does hereby: 1) Release Camp Wesley Camp Meeting Association (aka, Camp Wesley), and Event Sponsors, their respective staffs, volunteers and agents from any and all liability arising out of said event. 2) Release all other participating business facilities and participating/vendors from any and all liability arising out of said event. 3) Grant permission to use their likeness or entry in a photograph in any and all publications, including website entries without payment or any other consideration. If any portion thereof is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.

Check-in/Registration is 7:30am – 9:00am
No trailered vehicles due to limited space
Participants expected to stay until close
Award presentation is approximately 1:30pm
Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs
Facility for vendors is a covered, open-air structure
